Mary has quality experience guiding and supporting people of all ages to become the best version of themselves. Her unique approach with clients allows her to recognise their full potential and motivate them to achieve their goals.
Her resume includes; qualifications, academic excellence awards and tangible experience in the areas of Social Care, Youth Work, Community Work, Training and Development, Business Management, Project Co Ordination, Accounts and the Hotel Industry. Therefore, providing her with a helicopter view of a vast set of careers and learned knowledge of all career sectors.

Mary knows this as she has lived this experience. As a result of this lived experience, Mary is passionate about helping young people to make informed choices when it comes to life after Post Primary School.
For Mary, Career Guidance is not all about getting the person to go to college it is about finding out what interests them and how we can make it happen based on that person’s unique set of circumstances.

Mary is delighted to work alongside Seamus Whitney and their professional and personal collaborations allows for the provision of high standard quality guidance for all clients. Mary is in a privileged position in that her clients have the opportunity to complete the unique Whitney Career Guidance Aptitude Test and Archetype Exercise as part of the Assessment Process. Mary’s individual and client centered approach gives her client’s a distinct and tailored support experience.
